Matrix Reloaded & Matrix Revolutions - Assistant Art Director
Key Sets under my direction: The Merovingian's Chateau suite of sets, The Apartment (Captain's Meeting), Locke's Office, & Zion Apartments. In addition to my architectural skills, I was given the opportunity to design the graphics for the Merovingian's Napoleonic-style logo and battle mural, hand-drew the opium-themed wallpaper in the Apartment, and directed the set finishers with just the right amount of fire and water damage to convey the decay in the Matrix.
Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones
Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith - Jr./Sr. Draughtsperson
Key Sets in my scope of work: General Grevious' Battlecruiser, Queen Amidala's Spaceship, Count Dooku's Speeder, Queen Amidala's Funeral Bier, Coruscant Entertainment District, & Senate Transport. Most memorable set experience: Applying the final Naboo lettering on countertops & controls in Queen Amidala's Spaceship when four Hobbit (actors) dropped in from New Zealand for a surprise set visit.
Abu Dhabi UAE Cities, Concepts - Team Leader
While at ESQUISSE Design Studio (Sydney) I designed the spa, childcare, library, and prayer room for the the suburb of Al Zeina at Al Raha Beach. My favorite project at Esquise was the concept design for a polo-themed city at the Ghantoot Racetrack site. My work included design of the individual homes & directing the 3-D modelers & remote render farm to produce a dawn to dusk site flythrough.
While at STUDIOS Architecture (San Francisco & London) and TZANNES Associates (Sydney), I did a lot of corporate work in the US, Europe, & Australia. Lots of money, elegant materials, custom lighting & furnishings, clean lines... and a minimal expression of individual branding in discrete doses.
